Engineering Intern
Summary:
The Engineering Intern will support our migration to a new computerized maintenance management system through downloading data, uploading data, and physically verifying equipment on the plant floor. In the system you will also set-up preventive maintenance tasks and help train our other team members on the software. Throughout the internship you will also assist in updating our lock out/tag out documentation, work on other projects that will improve automation or efficiency in various processes and learn about different pieces of equipment and power sources.

Required Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or equivalent.
· Two years of college coursework completed in Engineering; a focus in Chemical Engineering, a plus.
· Previous industrial or construction experience, preferred.
· Knowledge of programmable controllers, controls, or automation, a plus.
· Experience with CAD, AutoCAD, or similar software, preferred.
· Commitment to safety and quality.
